My approach is client-centered, empathetic, and collaborative. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. Drawing from evidence-based therapeutic practices and holistic principles, including mindfulness and body-based awareness, I help clients process trauma, build emotional resilience, and develop practical coping strategies. Each client’s journey is unique, and therapy is tailored to meet your individual needs, goals, and pace. I have experience volunteering with a battered women’s shelter and a substance abuse program serving women and children, which has deeply shaped my trauma-informed and compassionate approach to care.
