My therapeutic approach is integrative, client-centered, and culturally responsive. I utilize evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Art Therapy. For clients who desire it, I also offer faith-informed counseling as an optional component of treatment, while fully supporting clients of all backgrounds, beliefs, and worldviews.
I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their emotions, life experiences, and challenges. I am attentive to the unique needs that arise across different life stages and cultural backgrounds, and I incorporate a multicultural counseling lens to honor each client’s perspective. My holistic approach recognizes the connection between mind and body, with the goal of reducing symptoms while helping clients cultivate balance, emotional well-being, and inner peace.
I am committed to providing compassionate support, empathy, and guidance so clients feel understood, respected, and empowered as they move forward on their journey of healing and self-discovery.
