My clinical work is informed by attachment theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS) concepts, and family systems therapy. I approach therapy with curiosity, warmth, and a belief that healing happens in the context of safe relationships. I strive to create a supportive space where clients can explore patterns, process relational wounds, and build healthier ways of connecting with themselves and others. For clients who wish, I offer the option to integrate faith and spirituality into therapy in a client-led and respectful way. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, my focus is always on helping clients develop insight, emotional resilience, and practical tools that support meaningful and lasting change. Counseling is done under the supervision of Leona K D’Amico, LCMHC, at AlphaMind Counseling Centers.
